Arches National Park

As I have mentioned, Utah is my favorite photo location.  Gary & I have had 3 trips there and Sheryl and I have been there.  We plan on more trips as I enter retirement.

On our most recent trip there was literally a flood.  Moab received over 5 inches of rain in a couple of days {their yearly average is only 9 1/2 inches}.  Some roads and trails were closed so we had some restrictions.  On the plus side we got more water and cloud photos than typical, we even had minature waterfalls as well as a couple of large ones.

Arches is a small park, easy to drive and hike.  There are several trails that require only a short hike from your car to take you to great photo opportunities.

In addition to Arches, I have Utah photos for Bryce Canyon NP and Grand Staircase-Escalante NM, all in Shutterfly

Gary and I have iDocs Photo Tours CD photo guides for these locations, also.

Within the next few months I hope to add an album for Zion NP.
